HISTORIQUE

The creation of the Children and Youth Home was an idea of Mrs. Berthe Florence Ymele Yemefack in 2006. She is a senior social welfare officer, in charge of mobilizing communities on the issue of HIV/AIDS and was struck by the numerous problems facing the youth in rural areas in Cameroon. She therefore brought together people sharing the same concern, with a view to setting up an association. She hence appeals on various physical and corporate persons to mobilize, in order to facilitate the social integration of rural children and youth in Cameroon.
